(BOP) - Seven Bureau of Prisons (BOP) facilities will be partnering with colleges and universities selected by the Department of Education for the Second Chance Pell Pilot Program. This program allows select colleges to provide funding to incarcerated individuals to cover tuition, required fees, books, and supplies related to post-secondary education programs.
BOP institutions participating in the pilot program are:

- Federal Correctional Institution, Beaumont, TX (Medium)
- Federal Correctional Institution, Bennettsville, SC
- Federal Medical Center, Devens, MA
- Federal Correctional Institution, Gilmer, WV
- Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, MI
- Federal Correction Institution, Ray Brook, NY
