(BOP) - On October 1, 2015, the Bureau of Prisons implemented the annual update to the national food service menu. One change reflected in the updated menu was the removal of pork roast. That decision has been reconsidered and the menu has been revised. The fiscal year 2016 national menu has been posted and it includes pork roast.
