The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Manchester is a medium security facility housing male inmates.  An adjacent satellite prison camp houses minimum security male offenders.

FCI Manchester is located in Clay County in eastern Kentucky.   The facility is located approximately 75 miles south of Lexington off Interstate 75, and 28 miles east of London on the Hal Rogers Parkway - formerly known as Daniel Boone Parkway.
