Employee Services Assistant, GS-303-05. Employee Services Assistants do limited technical work requiring a practical knowledge of personnel management such as assisting with matters involving employee performance ratings and answering questions regarding personnel policies and employment verification. They enter, verify, and correct automated personnel and payroll data, and train and assist timekeepers.
Qualifications: Applicants can qualify with four years of education above high school or can qualify with one year of specialized experience which equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience is typically in or related to the position being filled.
