Electrician. Includes jobs involved in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring systems and associate fixtures, controls, and equipment in industrial, institutional office, and residential buildings, and on ships. These jobs require knowledge and application of electrical principles, materials, and safety standards.
Qualifications. Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience in the following: ability to supervise; aptitude for work with prisoners; knowledge of electrical equipment, theory and instruments; knowledge of technical practices; knowledge of electrical drawings; tools; troubleshooting.
